Intellectual Property Policy
All content on this site and within the client portal is the intellectual property of BuildCore Global Supply™ or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.
1. Ownership
“BuildCore Global Supply,” “BuildCore Verification Services,” associated logos, taglines, methodologies, scoring rubrics, reporting templates, and the client portal interface are proprietary marks and works of the Firm.
2. Limited License
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site and portal solely for the purposes of evaluating or receiving services from the Firm. No other rights are granted.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, republish, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any content, methodology, or portal feature without prior written consent.
4. Trademarks
Use of the Firm's name or marks in marketing, RFPs, tenders, or public disclosures requires prior written approval.
5. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by the Firm without obligation or compensation.
6. Enforcement
The Firm will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including injunctive relief and damages.
