BuildCore Global Supply™ is committed to protecting the personal and corporate information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
We collect: (a) identification and contact information you submit through discovery, application, and contact forms; (b) corporate, ownership, and funding information required for KYC/AML; (c) documents uploaded to the client portal; (d) project specifications and procurement data; (e) technical data such as IP address, device, browser, and pages viewed.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process information to evaluate engagements, deliver procurement and verification services, communicate with clients and suppliers, satisfy KYC, AML, and sanctions obligations, protect against fraud and circumvention, enforce our rights, and comply with law.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate business interests (including fraud prevention and protection of supplier relationships), legal obligations, and where required, your consent.
4. Confidentiality
All client and supplier information is treated as confidential. Access is restricted to personnel directly involved in the engagement and to third parties bound by written confidentiality obligations.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We disclose information only to: (a) verified suppliers, inspectors, freight forwarders, and counsel reasonably required to perform the engagement; (b) regulators, law enforcement, or courts where required by law; (c) outside counsel and accountants under confidentiality. We do not sell personal information.
6. International Transfers
Because procurement is global, information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than your own. We apply contractual and operational safeguards to protect transferred data.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as required to perform the engagement, satisfy KYC/AML and tax record-keeping obligations, and protect our legal interests. Records relating to non-circumvention obligations are retained for the period set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including access controls, encrypted transmission, and segregated portal storage. No method is absolutely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, and may withdraw consent where applicable. Requests will be evaluated against legal retention and ongoing engagement obligations.
