Verification Disclaimer
BuildCore Verification Services™ provides independent factory, capacity, document, and pre-shipment verification based on information reasonably available at the time of inspection. This disclaimer governs the scope and limits of that service.
1. Scope of Verification
Each verification is performed against a written scope of work agreed in advance. Findings are reported in a written verification report and are limited to the items and methodology defined therein.
2. No Guarantee
Verification reports are professional opinions based on observation, document review, and sampling. They are not guarantees, warranties, or insurance of future supplier performance, product quality, on-time delivery, or absence of defect.
3. Sampling Limitations
Where sampling is used, findings represent the sampled population and may not reflect every unit produced.
4. Document Authenticity
Where third-party documents (certifications, licenses, test reports) are reviewed, the Firm reports apparent regularity but is not the issuer of those documents and does not warrant their underlying authenticity beyond reasonable professional review.
5. Buyer Reliance
Verification reports are intended for the named client only and may not be relied upon by any third party without the Firm's written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability for verification services is capped at the fee paid for the specific verification, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
