Refund Policy
All fees paid to BuildCore Global Supply™ are non-refundable except where expressly stated in a written engagement agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Firm.
1. Commitment Fee — Non-Refundable
The $1,000 Commitment Fee is fully earned upon payment and is non-refundable under any circumstance, including client withdrawal, change of project scope, inability to source on terms acceptable to the client, regulatory issues affecting the client, or non-execution of a downstream transaction.
2. Purpose of the Commitment Fee
The Commitment Fee compensates the Firm for opening the client file, assigning a procurement manager, conducting KYC/AML review, allocating internal capacity, and undertaking preliminary sourcing or supplier inquiries.
3. Credit Toward Future Fees
Where an engagement proceeds, the Commitment Fee will be credited against the next invoiced retainer or success fee, at the Firm's election.
4. Retainer Fees
Retainer fees are earned as services are rendered and are non-refundable once the corresponding work has commenced.
5. Success & Transaction Fees
Success and per-transaction fees, once invoiced and paid, are non-refundable. Disputes regarding such fees must follow the dispute-resolution clause of the engagement agreement.
6. Chargebacks
The client agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment reversal for fees properly invoiced. Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as a material breach of the engagement agreement.
7. Acknowledgement
By submitting any payment to the Firm, the client acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
